Team Robotics Lithuania, representatives of the Lituanica X robotics community, had an inspiring meeting with the Minister of Education, Science, and Sports, Mrs. Radvilė Morkūnaitė-Mikulėnienė. The minister wished the team good luck as they prepare to represent Lithuania in the prestigious FIRST Global Challenge, an Olympic-style world robotics championship.

Yesterday, team "PlumBum" had the honor of meeting with the Lithuanian Minister of Economy and Innovations, Aušrinė Armonaitė, and Vice-Minister Neringa Morozaitė-Rasmussen. This meeting provided a valuable opportunity to discuss robotics competitions and the role of girls and women in STEM. "PlumBum" has already made history as the first all-girls robotics team in Europe. Now, it's time for other girls to follow their inspiring example!

As part of preparation for FIRST Global, Lituanica X had an exceptional meeting with one of Lithuania's most prominent officials – Viktorija Čmilytė-Nielsen, the Speaker of the Seimas (Lithuanian Parliament). It is truly inspiring to witness the genuine enthusiasm displayed by the nation's top politician towards matters of education and STEM.
